What to Include in a Support Request
- account public key
- request ID (if available)
- transaction signature for deposit issues
- endpoint URL used by the bot
- approximate timestamp in UTC
- whether the bot used wallet signatures, session token, or API key
What Never to Share
Do not send private keys, seed phrases, raw API keys, or session tokens. Nodius staff will never ask for them.
