Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Nodius (nodius.xyz), a Solana RPC proxy service. By using our service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What Nodius Is

Nodius provides access to the Solana blockchain through:

• JSON-RPC proxy endpoints
• WebSocket connections
• Yellowstone gRPC streaming

We act as a proxy layer — we don't operate Solana validators or control the underlying blockchain.

2. Authentication

You authenticate using one of:

• Ed25519 wallet signatures
• Session tokens
• API keys

Your wallet's public key is your identity on Nodius. There's no account registration, no email, no KYC. Access is permissionless.

3. Credits & Billing

• You deposit USDC on Solana. Deposits are converted to credits at a rate of 10,000 credits per 1 USDC.
• Credits expire 10 days after deposit. This is non-negotiable.
• No refunds on expired or unused credits.
• Credits are non-transferable. They're tied to the depositing wallet.
• We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing. Existing credit balances won't be affected retroactively.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent billing, rate limits, or authentication
• Abuse the service in ways that degrade it for other users
• Use Nodius for any activity that violates applicable law
• Resell access without explicit written permission
• Send malformed requests designed to exploit or probe the infrastructure

We define "abuse" at our discretion. Common sense applies.

5. Service Availability

We run infrastructure in Frankfurt, DE and aim for high availability, but things break. Solana itself has outages. RPC nodes fall behind. We'll do our best, but we don't owe you compensation for downtime.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Nodius is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount of USDC you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim
• We're not responsible for losses caused by Solana network issues, smart contract bugs, or third-party failures
• We're not responsible for transactions you send through our proxy — you control your keys and your actions

7. Service Modifications

We may change, update, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. If we make changes that materially affect billing or access, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active users (e.g., via on-site notice or API response headers).

8. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these terms
• Your usage pattern constitutes abuse
• Required by law or regulation

You can stop using the service at any time. Unused credits still expire per normal rules.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. EU consumer protection regulations apply where applicable.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
